Hi, my name is Janie Rose and I am a Certified Yoga teacher since 2015 who is passionate about teaching and sharing what I have learned over the last 16+ years as a student of yoga asana. I have accumulated over 1400 of YTT hours with many years of guiding classes in gyms & studios and in 2024 pivoted to teach online as a way to connect and share my love of the practice with like-minded Yogi's from around the world!
My style is to play within a traditional structure and use strategic sequencing + breath lead instruction to prepare the body, explore transitions and try new postures. Each class is unique with the intention of balance between strength & stretch, harmony with yin & yang, to be in flow and feel your best!
