About

Hi all,
I'm Nicky, a self-taught baker, I am constantly learning new techniques and doing lots of research on recipes before I attempt to make them.
I get asked for recipes a lot! so I decided to create a YouTube channel to share recipes with friends and family but why not with everyone else :)

What you can expect from my channel:
- recipes that actually work
- baking tips and tricks
- expert baking knowledge step-by-step tutorials
- common baking struggles explained

Follow me on instagram and TikTok too to see more of the recipe development stories
